As a highly sensitive business owner, I know how difficult it is to get the personalised support in our business. Most business mentoring programmes focus only on specific/practical methods that will set you up for success. This is how we start learning that we need to run retreats, or else we'll fail. Or that we need to launch an online course. Or a membership model. You name it, there's someone to claim that this is *the* way to become successful.


And the challenge is not that they don’t work - but that they feel like a struggle for us. They feel effortful, difficult and hard work. We look at others for whom the methods seem to work and the frustration can perpetuate beliefs like “I’m never going to figure this business thing out”

In my first stage of business, I was fortunate enough to find the perfect mentor to give me the practical support to build my heart-centred coaching business.


In the second stage, I realised that the only thing that was holding me back was my mindset and my HSP shadow patterns emerging.


So I joined another (very expensive) business mentoring programme meant to support me to thrive as an HSP business owner.


And you know what? This programme was the opposite: it only helped me with the mindset but didn’t give me any practical support in business.

Since being in business, I just haven’t found any business coaching programmes that can really help me with the business as well as the mindset.


It’s as if there is a disconnect between the two, like you either need to work on your mindset, or you only need to work on the practical actions.


But the reality, and this is especially true for HSP business owners, is that building a business is a *combination* of mindset and practical guidance.


As HSPs, we are united in our way of seeing the world, but we are unique in our mission and purpose. This is why there is no one size fits all solution for our business to grow and be successful.

Case Study

I was overwhelmed with my work situation after taking on new responsibilities and struggling to find time for self care and even just self maintenance! I felt myself slipping rapidly into old work habits of giving too much, a place I had previously been in with a past job which led to me being unhappy.

I developed tools with Bea, which help me to cope better in the moment and see the bigger picture, which ultimately helped me to begin to understand what I want longer term. This perspective also helped me to tune in more in to my feelings. I began to understand phrases such as ‘self-motivation’ in totally different ways to how I had thought about them before.

I’m particularly drawn to the blend Bea has of business know-how, creative thinking and also a very spiritual connection. I think that blend is very rare and I found it very easy to connect and feel inspired because of that.
