RISE

Elevate your practice,
add depth to your work

This is a space for coaches to unpack, restore and learn in a safe, confidential and ethically-minded community.

Unpack what’s happening in your coaching practice:

  • Cases where you’d like input to better support your clients

  • Identify patterns that impact your work and find ways forward

Restore your well-being and confidence as a practitioner:
  • Clear yourself of the emotional weight of the difficult work we do

  • Renew your sense of confidence and belief

Learn and develop your skills:
  • Receive different perspectives, tools, ideas and interventions

  • Explore different frameworks and how to implement them

What’s different about this group is that it’s not just developmental (performance/skills) but transformational: we will do deeper work required to get to the core of what’s going on. As a result, you will notice significant shifts not just in the way you coach, but how you see yourself as a practitioner. Your work will be more powerful, simpler and more detached.

About your supervisor:

I am an experienced qualified supervisor with over 550 hours of supervision practice. I facilitate a lot of reflective spaces for coaches and supervisors from different environments, from coaches-in-training up to MCC level coaches.

My background is in HR and leadership, and I have a degree in Psychology which enables me to support you at a deep level.

As an integrative practitioner, I don’t exclusively use any specific tool or framework, but my work is underpinned by a few principles that stem from: Jungian psychology, transactional analysis, person-centred work, gestalt, relational coaching and internal family systems.

I am also a trauma-informed practitioner and I believe in the importance of having ethical, safe and attuned conversations with our clients when the topic of trauma comes up.

Client Testimonials
beatrice-leaves1.png

Insightful feedback from both supervisor and other coaches. Got lots of time to talk about my own issue and gain insight from others. I learnt also from others experiences which was really helpful. Beatrice' professional expertise and experience really shone through and her thoughts were really insightful, though through and supported by helpful models and ideas.
