If this is you, I understand how you feel. In 2018, I was at the peak on my career as a Head of HR for a start-up organisation in London. I was working very long hours, adding a lot of value for the organisation, and trying hard to demonstrate my worth and contributions. Bit by bit, as my work was progressing, my health was deteriorating. By mid-2018 I was tired, burnt out and diagnosed with two autoimmune conditions. Where I haven’t been able to say no, my body said no for me. 


And then I realised… I had to make a change in my work. And this time, it had to be a drastic one. I enrolled in an accredited coach training with a reputable school, quit my successful corporate job, and started my private practice as a career coach.

Since 2018, I’ve put myself in service to people like yourself who want to avoid overwhelm (and prevent burnout) and believe with all their heart that they deserve to do work that is meaningful, impactful and fulfilling - and they want to figure out how. 


I use a psychology-based approach to help you get crystal clear on your career direction, work through resistances that come up, and take action that is in alignment with who you are - not what others expect of you.
